  • Available Australia-wide via secure video or phone. Telehealth appointments are ideal for clients who prefer remote access, work shift-based schedules, or live in areas without local support. Flexible scheduling is available, including evening and weekend appointments to accommodate FIFO, mining, and shift-work schedules.

    The process is simple: once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a link and instructions to join your session, and you just need a private space, internet connection, and a phone, tablet, or computer. Telehealth sessions are held with the same level of care, confidentiality, and grounded, down-to-earth support as in-person counselling.

    Standard session: 60 minutes, fee: Fee: $90

    Extended session: 90 minutes, fee: $135
