What makes me different is that I combine evidence‑based counselling with my own lived experience of mental health ups and downs, chronic pain and leaning on addictive patterns to cope. I don’t overshare or make sessions about my life, but this background does help me genuinely understand what it’s like to feel stuck, ashamed or unsure where to start when everything feels too heavy to carry on your own

In-person appointments in Biloela = $110 per 60 minute session.

Telehealth appointments = $90 per 60 minute session.

I aim to keep my fees fair and accessible, because support should never be a privilege. Everyone deserves the chance to get the help they need without financial pressure getting in the way.

Fees are reviewed periodically to ensure the sustainability and quality of services.
