How can Grounded Actions help me?
Maybe you’re keeping up with school, work or family, but most days feel like you’re running on fumes. Nights might involve drinking, using drugs, scrolling or gambling more than you’d like, just to switch your brain off for a while. Part of you knows something needs to change, but it also feels scary, tiring or confusing to face it on your own.
In our sessions, we slow everything down and unpack what’s happening for you. We get curious about your substance use or other coping habits, take time to understand the stress and emotions underneath, and notice the situations that tend to trigger the same cycle again and again.
From there, we focus on small, realistic changes that fit your actual life. That might mean experimenting with different ways to get through tough moments, adjusting routines around high‑risk times, or leaning on supports that help make change feel possible instead of out‑of‑reach and overwhelming.
